There are four steps for a chapter to achieve normal level of operations.  These 4 steps are displayed below.  Note that it takes about 3 to 4 months to complete these and set your chapter in a great situation for years to come.

The Speaker Program is the backbone of a good EMBS chapter.

This section is convenient as it gives you the forms and check list of things to discuss and decide in preparation for running your first meeting

FUND YOUR CHAPTER

 

Funding comes in play in the life of the chapter.

 

There are some short term sources of funding for the EMBS chapters as well as additional avenues that can be deployed at a later date.
